New Rads
 

Chris,
I am one that can wait till the last for a radiator. Mine is in good shape and I have not had any problems. I am also working on the front differential so the car is down for a while anyway. Just please don't miss me at the end.
I have decided to do the water pump, timing chain, struts, exhaust, and rework the brake system before putting her back on the road in the spring. I am also doing a wetsand, overspray, and clear coat on the paint to finish my little project.
I can't wait until the day comes. She deserves it after letting my daughter take her to college.

I'm in no rush either. It actually might be kinda good for me to wait till the end. I have to make a school payment in two weeks so it would be kinda tight for me to be early on in the delivery. My radiator is tight so it doesn't matter. Just don't forget me!!

Hey Thawa,
maybe you could get it anodized after you buy it, the radiator is a good deal and it might be possible.

Do you have a final cost yet, and if so whats the timeframe for the payment??? If things are gonna go down after X-mass and all im hoping to join in on this little venture of yours...

I have never seen an anodized radiator. How would you make sure to get all the chemicals out from the inside???

Kinda in a hurry - been driving the wife's car for a while now. 2 attempts at patches on my radiator have not held up.

yeah i can be put on the no hurry list but defrenately want one seeing as mine is busticated

I would assume you just close off the coolant passages, and mark off the core/fins

maybe I will do that Hohopirates.
