Where's the Diagnosis Terminal and the Number 8 Terminal of the Diagnosis Connector?

Don't know where it is. Does anyone have a photo in their locker? Or maybe someone could describe it for me.

BTW, I'm trying to diagnose why my driver's side auto seatbelt doesn't come back to the locked back position. If I do crank it manually back, it goes to the forward position as soon as I open the car door The door open indicator light does come on and the other belt on the right works fine.
