1995 SVX LSi Power steering

Hi there, I'm struggling with my Power Steering not operating well after being rebuilt.

Originally, took it to a PS rack rebuild shop in Detroit.

One of the supply lines was rusted on the rack and a seal leaked.

They reworked it and now its installed.

PS functions very stiff at idle/low speed.

My shop mech. checked the PS pressure - its at spec - 1100+ PSI

I'm starting to hedge my bets and looking for a good replacement steering rack source.

Also, has anyone got a service manual excerpt for this system?
