wheel bearings in fwd
ok i have diagnosed some wheel bearing failure in my svx. now getting the parts and having the new bearings pressed is the least of my concerns, i have a fwd, are the bearings any different? i don't think so but i need an expert opinion

Do you mean the front or the rear? The fronts are the same , the rear are very different. I think?

Well then, I've never done them on an sVX but if there the same as the Legacys then thay should be alot cheaper and ALOT easier.

well that sounds like god news, but i need it verified, that humming is getting louder every time i take a long trip

well looks like i got my hopes up!!!!!!!!! Thanks a lot!!!!!!!!!! they are the same bearings and cost the same amount, and are just as much of a pain in the ass to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not plan on letting any mech touch my car without my presence, so is there a proceedure with the pressure for application adn any precautions i should take? any advice would be great.
