Scored this black SVX

Hello all this is SVX #28 $500 grabbed it quick. The guy drove it home for me. rusty Michigan car. Started taking off fenders and doors to replace with some no rust ones. looked down at the tag on the cowl for the trans # ok that looks right then looked at the trans. Boy was I in for a surprise. there sat a trans I have been trying to find for years. A JDM 4.44 VTD trans. It shifts real strong and fast that is why I was checking out the trans #. Tz102yBABA. and of corse the matching rear end.
Link to it not sure if this works.

wondering if anyone knows anything about this car? It left Michigan 7 years ago and sat here in washington since then.

Peter,

If you are not going going to use this car as a driver, I need some parts. I need a couple of taillight sockets that the bulbs screw into. Whatever you can do will be appreciated.
Thanks.

The sockets can't be rusted out, they're plastic.

these where cut and metal ones spliced in. there is a lot of odd stuff done to this by a not mechanic type. duct tape holding them in. it has flex pipe connected right to the exhaust manifolds. holes punched in most of the injector wires. lots of them. going to be fun fixing this one up.
I was surprised how well the Tribeca wheels fit. with 245-40-18 tires cleared the rear fenders.
