repairment of radiator fan

I made it a new thread.

The genuine radiator fan has been no longer available.
I was asked to repair a fan whose blades were bent and unable to turn.

The wing had melted near the metal part in the center and was tilted at about 3.5 degrees. I heated it with a heat gun, corrected the angle, and then cooled it down to harden.

Re: repairment of radiator fan

I replaced the bearing and trimmed the threads with a tap and die. The bearing part number was 608zz.

The magnet had come off, so I removed the old adhesive and sandblasted the inside. It seems that I can use Loctite 331 as the adhesive. It's an adhesive specifically for motor magnets. It's expensive, but...

Seems like a job well done.

The adhesive never hardens. I looked it up and it seems I need a hardening accelerator, SF7387. This is more expensive than the adhesive itself. It's a really expensive adhesive.
