I like this idea.

Imagine a flaming flying toward you. Not only will it scare the drivers, but it might just terrify the children when they see what's on fire.

I agree, I like the idea too. It would be good for the economy due to the increased demand for snuggle bears on eBay. Any chance for a gas substitution, say.... Isopropyl Alcohol? A little more expensive, but a cleaner flame. We could entice the tree huggers to join the cause.
