Its funny how the government and private industry [read lawyers] mandate warning labels in different degrees on certain products. I also find it rather ridiculous there are more warning labels on a pillow than a pack of cigarettes.

Although some of that is required by law, most of it is there to keep the company out of lawsuits from people that are too stupid to have common sense, like turn the lawnmower off before you try to untangle the blade, or dont submerse extension cords, or wrap them around your neck.

That's one of the reasons tobacco companies get sued all the time, but the thing is, people know cigarettes kill you and keep on using them. Do you think any more warnings would actually help?

Probably not. But higher taxes on cigarette purchases to be used in a nation wide anti-nicotine advertising campaign might.

That hasn't worked yet.

They could eliminate all other taxes if they would just tax stupidity.

Ask any cop and I don't care what color race religeon or whatever weather they would rather pull over an alchoholic or a pot head and you will get pot head 100% of the time. Ask them (cops) what they would rather see driving down the road if they still couldn't do anything its pot head again, Many potheads are still functional as I've worked with a few that wet and got high on lunch break and came back and actually got better. Not to mention that you will never get into a fight with a pot head unless its his weed or his weed money, and on that rate hes not going to go get stoned and then go rob steal or kill hell be to lazy to bother any further than his bag o chips.... In short LEGALIZE it, make the world no longer need prozac.

I think everyone knows where I stand on this, so why incite a flame war over every valid point I make. I don't think it's pertinent on a car forum. We should stick to the basics; cars, hot babes (guys for Ken and Kelli ), hot cars, and really hot babes.
