It's going to be my vacation... and will complete the drive from the east coast (last year) to the west coast and since I didn't stay for Redding, it will be nice to see some SVXii again...

Yow Wow, Earl! I'm glad I finally signed onto the network again. What I remembered from Reading was that this gala event was at the end of August. Must have been due to the Coors Light that filled my trunk....
Can I go on the tentative list and reserve a room in Earl's Hotel and House of Joy? You may recall my trip depends on the health of the ex-in-laws, which I will have a first hand report on in a couple of weeks. I just got a new job and I am flying out to Portland, Oregon on the 2nd for training. I should be there at 1pm from the airport and have the whole day free until my training starts Monday.

Tim - switch your flight to Saturday!
By the time you got up to Dabob late Sunday afternoon most everyone would be gone, not to mention you'd pretty much have to turn right around to get back to Portland at a decent hour (even then probably 9 or 10 pm) to start your training the next morning. If you could fly into Portland early Saturday morning, you could make a nice drive up, hang out with all of us all day and enjoy the seafood feast, spend the night, and then head back to Portland early afternoon on Sunday when everyone else leaves.
