Mine was supposed to be a 7 day job, it was done by noon on the 6th-crappily done...

Don't see how it would be 8 days for yours. Is it just the fender, bumper, turn signal, and probably some blend into the hood?

Dude... I avoid that roundabout at all costs. Alot of commercial vehicles use that roundabout. It is hazardous to the health of the SVX.

Where are you getting the work done at?

Nice. Is that an approved shop by your insurance?

And it's already back!

They blended the hood so there's no more scars, only a few pock marks.

They finished the pin striping they forgot to do a few years back.

The hood is popped here because I was looking at the engine bay, then the sun came out.

I used to be unsure, but now I am convinced my old paint was indeed very faded.

Obviously these crapera phone pics don't do it justice.

Yes they did polish one headlight and leave the other one faded.

Wow. That's really lazy of them (The headlight thing lol).

At least it's fixed and you have a turn signal again. :P

I can't really complain, the two lights, the bumper, the hood, and the fender all look better than the day I washed it before it got hit.

I just need to finish the shine job on the lights and the grill because up close it is REALLY obvious they scrubbed it half way and left the rest untouched. Honestly I did not even expect they would do that much, but the logic behind their work when I inquired was "we want it to look like nothing happened", which I later realized meant that no work had been done.

The car looks great in person. I couldn't be happier unless it was running properly.

The only things left to be painted are the doors, roof, and left fender. Now, to arrange random "accidents" to get more free body work.....

--
One more thing, if you're wondering about my special fat fender liners, there is a new one on there. Apparently they are still available. It is slightly different than the original, but not noticeably.

Ah, yes, perhaps the title should be altered to read "This is why I have nicer things now".

Looked at it again, looks like they actually buffed and blended both doors and the left fender as well.
