Had it had 'regular' windows, I'd probably not give it a 2nd look.  The dual throttle body is cool and how the Iris valve works. The AWD works fantastic but beyond those......hrrmm. BTW: I'm really liking Green1995SVX's ride as well. Those wheels are really bringing it out. Nice background too!

Tell me what is special about the looks of legacies? especially the 2010 model  Between the Legacy, the Mazda 6, the Camry and the Altima/Maxima, my vote goes to the Mazda. At least with each generation you feel there is something new and innovative. Here is the clever question on which you should base your judgement. Let's say the SVX was never introduced in 89 and Subaru launched it exactly as it is now except for the new contemporary gadgets like brushed aluminum interior, upgraded real leather, fancy stereo, gauges, etc.... As for the looks, some contemporary facelift but left the entire body intact. Would you buy it as it is a 2010? For me the SVX and the 99 WRX are still somehow keeping their contemporary looks to that day. oh yeah I forgot... so as all Legacies

If an SVX were sold in the same body it has,
-with modern lighting and fixtures, flush hidden seals, flatter wipers, etc... -the feature set of the 2009 Legacy GT Spec B (memory heated seats, wipers, mirrors, EL gauges, SI-Drive... Bilsteins and aluminum suspension, etc...) -with STI brakes, and HIDs, -5EAT/VTD or 6MT/VTD or DCCD. STI Turbo *or* EZ36 H6/magically an updated version of the EG line H6... With a replaceable DIN stereo fitment, like Impreza/Forester, and the 3-dial Auto Climate Control like Tribeca, and a sweeping driver-centric cockpit dash design, somewhere between Legacy and Tribeca perhaps... with nice padded vinyl and alcantara trim... I would be at a Subaru dealer trying to find one in blue with a black roof, or a double-panel glass roof, something like what is fitted to Scion tC, or Mini...

Stupid Mike and his stupid ability to find stupid industrial crap zones to take stupid pictures of his stupid car and have them come out FREAKIN AWESOME (jealousy). To bad the car ain't a SILVER.... (sorry Mike, I had to bring your car down simply because I felt threatened by how nice it looks)
Those RX8 wheels/Muranos/shoguns are my current choices for wheels... I just cant decide. Of course, I couldnt afford them if I COULD decide so it doesnt really matter. The wheels on mine came with it when I got it and I really hate them. Well, I guess now is a good time as any to bring back Miss january '07. Maybe I will get the car out of the garage one of these days long enough to take another picture...
