a bryce canyon wrap is one of our new menu items. it is sliced turkey, asparagus, romaine lettuce, swiss cheese, and roasted peppers "wrapped" in a tomato basil tortilla. i had mine without teh cheese and peppers. i'm still undecided as to whether it was delicious or just okay. i probably won't attempt another one until late next week.

How can you leave off the cheese, but then eat a sandwich with a branch sticking in it??
