Though I used to preach that the plug and plays were wrong, now that I've tried them, i'm very impressed with how the SVX projector handles the light. The cutoff is nice, with a minimal amount of glare.

So, to answer your question, these are plug and play 9006's. I still have my old modified housings with the 7 series projectors, but I just love how nice the lenses on these ones look.
