I drilled the bolt pattern and tapped the 4 piece crank pulley. Mike now you can see the bolts. They go through all 4 pieces so there is no way any of them could even think of spinning. I took pics of it assembled with both size supercharger drives.
I also got the hard part of bringing the old prototype manifold up to the new design done. This is the last manifold of the first batch. It will be mine. |

The way I take your last post means your shipping out in 5 days since pirates doesnt open until july 7th. This would would mean that in 5 days+shipping time I will finally have enough speed to get away from Johnny law after a good day of pillaging.

What? huh? I was just saying that the movie opens in 5 days. I guess I should have said it opens in 5 days here. It opens on the 5th here.
I probably will be done with the fabrication by then though and turning my attention to putting my car back on the road to do the final tuning, get the final dino results, and see where in the 12's the car runs in the 1/4 . I have the driveline swap scheduled for the following weekend (weekend after this one). Quote:

I finished welding the last manifold for batch one--actualy the original prototype manifold brought up to the current design(still need to weld the tubing for the bypass onto the manifolds).
Now I'm working on the iac manifolds. |

The IAC manifolds are coming along nicely. I may or may not finish them today depending on if I have enough argon.

Good to hear. Quick question... Does the stage 3 come with a new z32 MAF and connector? I believe mine is shotsky but it could be other things as well. Just curious

The argon held out and I got all the IAC manifolds welded. For anyone that doesn't know what the IAC is, it's the valve normally mounted on the bottom of the throttle body which is controled by the engine management computer to control idle. With the supercharger system we use these manifolds to move it off to the side of the throttle body so that we get more space for the throttle body adaptor and so that we get the iac out in the open where we can adjust it easily. This manifold is designed to hold the iac so that the adjustment screws are right on the top and easily accessable. This allows us to change our base idle should we choose, which the ecu then maintains.

I always wondered how the hell the manufacturers expected to be able to adjust that thing where it is so stuffed under there. Oh and thanks for answering my question. One more thing, did u get that pump I sent you??
