Lazy today

Dangit I am lazy.

I have the day off. I'm supposed to be pulling the wife's intake off, changing all the vacuum hoses, cleaning it out, changing the pcv, changing out her crank pulley.
Instead I'm on here, sitting on the lazy boy with the laptop and wireless connection.
I'm so lazy I haven't even made breakfast yet and my stomach is playing the opening to the battle hymn of the republic but I am too lazy to get up and do something about it.
I'm so lazy the cats have left the room - even they could not compete.

She comes home in 4 hours and then we drive to charleston for the weekend.
The clock is ticking.

Have you tired olive oil when you pop your corn? I use it and it is much better than other oils. Try it, you will like it.

Tired olive oil doesn't work too well. I like extra virgin.

I use a variety of popping sources and make a variety of popcorn to suit my mood.

Italian Popcorn: Popped in olive oil, buttered, and sprinkled with garlic salt and parmegean cheese.

Cheesy Popcorn: Popped in corn oil, lightly buttered, and sprinkled with the packet of cheese from the Kraft Mac and Cheese (this one could tend to tick off your wife).

Mexican Popcorn: Same as above with garlic salt and chili powder added.

And my all-time favorite (mainly, cuz this is the way we popped it when I was a kid) Country Style Popcorn: Popped in bacon drippings and salted.

Basic Popcorn: Popped in corn oil, buttered and salted.

I am a pessimistic optimistic. I think the worst is going to happen, that way when it does, i don't feel as bad, but if the best happens, i am twice as happy.

Retaliation will be swift and decisive and full of shock and awe.
