That is something custom. Are you they same guy that posted about finding the radar detector in the front bumper? If so, that's probably related???

looks like a plug in prolly for the headunit of a radar detector

No, it's probably not for the radar. It doesn't use any connectors that look any bit like that.

old cell phone hookup I found one in an svx I had that looked like that, only that wire came from under the dash.
