right, but if i don't blame the bible belts, who do i blame? someone's responsible for this nonsense and considering that they seem to have a stranglehold in georgia, they naturally will be whom i hold responsible.

it's the failure of the parents' parenting that led to the consensual sex of the minors. i don't blame the kids. what the flock aren't the kids parents in jail? the kid apparently had a 3.x average and was a team player for school sports. i'm sure that the state doesn't care who's having sex with who unless someone files charges no? so my assumption is that one set of parents did.

i hope the kid hangs himself in jail to make a point.

I thought one of the problems in that 17y/o's case was the anti-sodomy laws, so if it hadnt been oral he would've gotten less time. But it was overturned or something and now he gets out and just has a childmolester's record.

my best friend's father took his own life in late may and left behind a sebring which my friend is selling to me for the loan balance (next to nothing). it'll be a perfect car for my mother since the the sonata will be out on loan for longer than originally planned. besides, teh sonata would have been too much car for her anyway (power and price).

as for the sebring, we're flying down to texas on sunday to take care of everything related to his father's estate. i just need to decide if i want to drive it home or ship it.

i don't think the older sebring model had that feature. if i can get in a jeep patriot, i might be visiting my local chrysler / jeep stealership.
