How do you change the condenser?

As the subject says. Anyone have a writeup? Anyone done this? What steps are involved? Thanks!

Significant Technical Input Registered SVX
I just had my out a couple weeks ago so here goes "from my poor memory"

1. Unplug both cooling fans, and remove the 4 bolts securing them, the drivers side fan will then lift right up, the pass. side one is more trouble, can be worked out the top, but comes out the bottom very easy if the lower pan is removed

2. Remove the 4 bolts securing the radiator, the lean it back toward the engine.

3. unplug the pressure switch on the pass side.

4. take the 2-12mm (might have been 10mm) one on each line, off to remove the lines.

5.Remove the grill

6. Remove the 2 bolts behind the grill that secure the condenser, then lean it back toward the engine, and lift it out.

thats how I remember it, hope it helps,

I found a shop that still charges your a/c system with R12 gas!! WOOHOO!! no need for the retrofit. BY THE WAY! I know alot of 92 guys have their condenser rotted out with rust. No biggie. Contact Pam's Auto (w w w . p a m s a u t o . c o m) ... i got mine for $75 plus shipping !! and really quickly :P
