piece of #@$% tie rods

i just recieved my inner tie rods and come to find out that the ball joint on them dont even move, looks like when they painted the rod it got in the joint, i cant budge the joint, i even stepped of the dang thing and its almost as if its 1 solid peice.... any ideas on how i can get the joints unstuck??

new ones are supposed to be a bit stiff...i dont know about the whole standing on it but the less slop the more better.

its so stiff it wont even connect to the tie rod end and the the rest of the mechanisms... i already sprayed lube on it

nvm, i took wrenches and twisted it clockwise/counterclockwise and it broke loose... my svx will be on the road again by the end of this week!!
