For Sale (local pickup only) Custom Front Bumper

I'm posting this in the NW section since I really can't deal with shipping on this and it has to be some sort of local arrangement.

I've decided to sell my custom front bumper after all these years. Never been on the car, still with the gelcoat primer ready to paint your car's color. New condition obviously.

For those not aware of this item, a member here Stevesby YEARS ago produced a limited number of these based on a mysterious concept drawing/photo from Japan. It has the large center opening and the smaller openings in each lower corner for foglights or twin turbo intakes. Molded in fiberglass and top notch work.

Back in the day it was around $450, plus had to be shipped special truck freight (around $150 and loading dock REQUIRED). Motorsports Warehouse is selling these now and I believe has the original mold, and I see right now has them on sale for around $300, but keep in mind they still have to be shipped special for at least another $100-$150 and might still have to be truck freight and an arranged location with a dock.

I'd like to not take a total loss on this, so I'm going to try for $400, but I'll entertain offers/partial trades, etc. We can also negotiate delivery, keeping in mind that in mid-July I'll be driving a truck down much of the west coast so something may work if you're not in my immediate area today.

Here's a couple pics I stole from Earl's locker of his Laguna Blue that features this same bumper. Definitely a unique custom look to an already unique car.

Found this one on Google Images - not sure who this belongs to or what the red circles and arrows are all about, but here's the bumper in shiny black.



Also note that the bumper has built-in wire clips on the backside to hold in whatever type of mesh/grill material to fill in the large opening, if you so desire. I think Earl's Blue (above post) has some metal mesh on his, but it's black so hard to see in the photo.

Yep, that's it. Dayle would probably sell a few more of these if he actually used a picture of one painted on a car.

gah , i WISH it was easier to get this sort of thing (and side skirts too ) down to aust , i would love this on my car
but i guess i will have to suffice with the stock one until i can find a way or find somewhere to get a custom one made up down here
