power indicator
Is it normal for the power light indicator to flash a few times at start up? This never happened before. It happens occasionally. No trans error codes.

If it flashes like 16 times at start up, you have a transmission problem.
First check your dropping resistor behind the battery and see if it has resistance. If no resistance you need to replace it.

So far it hasn't happened anymore. It happened only a few times on cold mornings. It only flashed about five times. The trans was rebuilt and drives great. I still haven't tested the resistor, but I replaced that before. Thanks for the responses.
