Dash/Tail lights
So, on occasion (usually every few months) the dash backlights and tail lights on my 1992 pearly will go out, and no matter what I do I can't get them to turn on. When this happens the alarm is also not functioning. After 3-5 days they will magically start working again. So what could be causing this, a relay in the alarm system, or perhaps it has something to do with the fact that I don't have a key fob ( also something I need to purchase).
Thanks guys, any help is greatly appreciated! |

Re: Dash/Tail lights
This happened to mine a few summers ago. I can't guarantee this is the same problem as yours but the solution will not make the problem any worse. Remove all blinker and tail light bulbs and check all of the contacts. If necessary clean off any corrosion with sandpaper and apply bulb grease if desired.
