What Is This For??????
The previous owner of my SVX told me it was a 'switch' for the window's. Everyone that I have talked to said it wasn't. So...Tell me, What is it, and where to put it????

Those look like the snap ins for the side panels of your interior. I remember seeing clips that look like that when i took off my rear inner panels.

Well, my passenger side window won't roll up or down from that door. So I took off the window switch thingy, were you see the little bottons that make the window work. If I push on those real hard, I can roll it down, but not up. So... Whats wrong with my window? And does that part fix the problem, or has it another function?

It sounds like the motor is functioning, you probably need to clean your switches with some rubbing alcohol and letting it dry. Check your switch with a multimeter to make sure theres power going through it. But if you need to push hard for it to work it sounds like a sticky switch

Thingy
 The plastic part you show appears to be from a door panel. These little gizmos fit inside the door panel between the first and second lip. The protuding portion snaps into a hole in the metal door skin. There are seven of these for each door. Good luck with your project.
