Crossbow gym?

anyone have one of these? i was thinking of getting one and wanted some opinions. i have a gym that uses universal plates, but i wanted to get something my wife would use, too.

i'd like to know what the resistance is like. i used a Soloflex a long time ago and just didn't like it at all - it just felt weird.

i have one at my work here well a older version of it. works great ,, i would say buy one, but if u are gong for massive bulk . free weights much betterm,
