about to do a tune up on my car. i got the plugs. anyone know of any good wires?

The SVX does not have an ignition system for which you can replace the wires. It does not have a distributor from which the wires run to the plugs. The SVX has a coil directly on top of each plug. You can replace the wires running to those coils, but only by replacing the coils themselves.

You're welcome to do that, if you like - I think they're about $90 apiece or something like that.

Here is a picture of a coil...or two

Tools needed..3 & 6" extensions, 12mm, small spark plug socket, and 3/8 flex head ratchet

Flex head important...my $.02

I needed a 12mm socket to remove the dist wire bolt..maybe some SVX's have a 10mm?? and talk about cramped room lol
