Takes a special shaped wrench or a simple crow's foot with some tape...but you have to turn it right to loosen it, not the standard left.

Remove the alternator, and find someone with small hands/arms
Also bend a 19mm wrench to fit on it from the top. It is a PITA, but is do-able....there may even be a write up with pics in the "How To" locker....
