Shifter handle plate/panel needed

Dont know what to call it. The pop-out panel around the gear shifter. Mine is broke and in need of replacing. I have a spare one thats the wood grain type. I thought of painting it, but if I can get a grey one with the original texture that would be better. Someone please pm me if you have one. Thanks
