Transmission slipping between 2-3 only??

First post on the forum. I have a 92 Pearl White LSL that has been great fun. I have this annoying issue with my tranny that I would like to nip before it gets worse, if I can.
After everything is fully warmed up, it occasionally will rev or slip when shifting between 2-3, specifically under light load, like on local streets (30mph). When accelerating under load, it shifts normally. Brake band adjustments seem to be for 1-2 or 3-4 shifting issues, so I have not done that yet. The trans has been rebuilt by previous owner, no clue as to when, 135 kmiles on the motor. I have put in Seafoam Transtune twice and drained out about 4 qts of fluid each time. There is a seperate cooler in series with the radiator cooler. There are no fault codes from the TCU at this time.
Any feed back would be appreciated.
Thanks,
James

As advised in reply to your PM:-

Under light loads the transmission line pressure runs at a reduced level and this could result in the band slipping only at this time. You should therefore adjust the band as your first option.

If this diagnosis is correct you will be sweet, as the slipping can only be a minor issue. If this does not correct the problem, come back to me.

Cheers, Trevor.

Mine does the same thing, it happens rarely, i'm considering getting it looked at because i dont know how to fix this. I guarantee you that if I get a mechanic to drive my car... it won't slip from 2 to 3

it happened to me. My high speed clutch was burned out. trans pump failing was the culprit. i'd look into that.
