Took Samantha on her first real ride in well....a while

Got her back from the mechanic and took her in to get an inspection sticker. They had to do the tailpipe emissions test and i was a bit worried (as I cut the stock cats out and replaced them with a couple of high-flow mustang cats back in 2000) but surprisingly, she passed just fine. I still have that check engine light from the ERG valve but it comes and goes and the shop said they didn't care about that as long as the parts they tested worked fine and she passed emissions.

So, now that she's legal, I decided to take her to Fry's. The ride is rough (really need to do those struts soon) and the alignment is off...BAD, but overall I was impressed. Got out on the highway and didn't seem to have any issues at all. Not bad for not having driven her (except around the block once in a while) since I parked her in 2004.

She still needs LOTS of work, but slowly she's coming back together.

Now that I have the engine, transmission and brakes done, i'll get the struts next then start working on the cosmetic items (plethora of door dings) and new paint that has all but faded off the top and back end.
